Reactions to the Ordinance of the City of Granada Coexistence12/11/09 - Radio Granada Advisory: coexistence problems require social measures, not repressiveAdvisory Board Chairman, Juan Cano Bueso, considered today that the problems of answering the city of Granada with the ordinance requiring coexistence measures "deeper, social solidarity and sheer repression" . The chairman of the advisory has told reporters that although the intention of the City Council this ordinance is to "pacify and search the streets for greater coexistence," the problems that tries to answer "are complex and require much action deeper social solidarity and sheer repression. " These social measures should go to trial on the implementation, as guaranteed by the Statute of Autonomy, a minimum living income for anyone living below the "level of dignity" and inherent rights enshrined in the Constitution. He reiterated that the problems of exclusion in general, such as immigration and poverty, we must solve them with social measures of a "strictly performance based and not punitive." The ordinance of the coexistence of Granada, which came into force on Tuesday, sanction the practice of prostitution in the streets with up to 3,000 euros, includes more than 250 prohibitions, duties and obligations and regulates issues such as graffiti, glued banners, alcohol consumption, the activity of street artists or the unauthorized street vendors. Cano Bueso was speaking before the opening of the conference "The Advisory Council of Andalusia. A practical approach ", the result of the collaboration agreement signed this national body and the Andalusian Council of the Bar Association to raise awareness of the legal doctrine of legislative advisory, administrative, judicial and legal.
